Abstract
This document specifies the requirements for lamps intended for use in places where the temperature of the outer surface of the lamps needs to be limited due to the risk of thermal effects, material combustion, or degradation, but where there is no explosion risk in the environment. The power supply voltage of the lamps using electric light sources does not exceed 1,000 V.
This document does not apply to lamps used in explosive gas environments and explosive dust environments.
