Abstract
This part of GB/T 13025 specifies the testing methods for ferricyanide in edible salt.
The ferric sulfate method in this part is suitable for the determination of samples with a ferricyanide content of more than 1 mg/kg, and the pyridine-pyrazolone method is suitable for the determination of samples with a ferricyanide content of less than 1 mg/kg.
