Abstract
This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage for industrial isopropanol. This standard applies to industrial isopropanol produced by the propylene hydration method, the acetone hydrogenation method, and the isopropyl acetate hydrogenation method. The structural formula is: (CH3)2CHOH. The molecular weight is 60.10 (based on the 2016 International Atomic Mass Table).
