This standard specifies the method for determining quinolone in feed by high-performance liquid chromatography.
This standard is applicable to the determination of quinolone in compound feed, concentrated feed, and premixed feed additives, with a minimum quantification limit of 1 mg/kg and a detection limit of 0.1 mg/kg.
