Abstract
This standard specifies the rules for integrating data models based on the Core Components Technical Specification (CCTS) into syntax-independent business documents, including the business document integration framework, the structure of business documents, rules for naming, defining, and constructing message components, and rules for the association of message components with business entities. This standard applies to the sharing or exchange of any business information between enterprises, government agencies, and/or other organizations in an open environment.
