This part of GB/T 21001 supplements the test evaluation methods for the safety and performance of refrigeration display cabinets used for selling and displaying food on the basis of GB/T 21001.2, and also specifies the evaluation standards.
This part is applicable to refrigeration display cabinets used for selling and displaying food.
This part is not applicable to refrigeration vending machines and non-retail refrigeration cabinets intended for use in catering.
