Abstract
This standard specifies the classification and composition, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of LED variable information signs.
This standard applies to variable information signs on highways that use LEDs as the light-emitting units. Other roads may refer to and use it as a guideline.
