Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, testing methods, testing grading and conditions, testing procedures, data processing, testing errors, testing result evaluation, and testing reports for the heat loss test and thermal insulation effect evaluation of urban heating pipelines, pipeline accessories, and pipeline interface parts for heating media with a temperature of less than or equal to 150 °C and steam with a temperature of less than or equal to 350 °C.
