Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, labels and user manuals, packaging, transportation, and storage for colloidal gold immunoassay analyzers. This standard applies to instruments that interpret sample results by measuring the reflectivity of strips in the reaction zone of colloidal gold reagent cards (hereinafter referred to as analyzers). This standard does not apply to instruments that use fluorescent markers or other marking methods for rapid immunoassays.
