GB/T 32080-2015 Non-destructive testing—Qualification of personnel for limited application of non-destructive testing
Abstract
1.1 This standard establishes a personnel qualification system for inspectors who perform non-destructive testing (NDT) on limited applications, repetitive, or automated work, such as:
a) Eddy current and electromagnetic sorting of materials;
b) Eddy current and electromagnetic inspection of pipe products during the manufacturing process;
c) Direct ultrasonic inspection of sheet metal during the manufacturing process;
d) Ultrasonic thickness measurement;
e) Electromagnetic inspection of steel wire ropes.
These examples are not intended to limit the scope of other qualification assessments that this standard may cover.
