Abstract
The first chapter of GB 2099.1—2008 is replaced by the following:
This part of GB 2099 specifies the technical requirements for converters, including rated values, markings, protection against electric shock, structure, electrical performance, mechanical performance, etc.
This part applies to AC converters with and without protective doors, with and without fuses.
This part does not apply to extension cord sockets (cable extension components).
The fuses involved in this part are not used for overload protection of appliances or parts of appliances.
