Abstract
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, and acceptance rules for non-resonant peak non-linear composite damping vibration isolators (hereinafter referred to as vibration isolators) and composite dampers (hereinafter referred to as dampers). This standard applies to the design, production, and acceptance of vibration isolators and dampers used for vibration isolation and shock prevention in electronic equipment and instrumentation.
