This standard specifies the quality requirements and inspection methods for paper, plate making, printing, and binding of primary and secondary school textbooks, including the methods of batch quality sampling of finished products and the requirements for packaging, transportation, and storage.
This standard applies to all kinds of textbooks used in ordinary primary and secondary schools. Primary and secondary school teaching auxiliary books and other types of textbooks can refer to and adopt this standard for implementation.
