This standard specifies the technical requirements for the determination of the overall coagulation factor activity (excluding fibrinogen), and does not cover the methods of detecting plasma coagulation factors using the chromogenic substrate method, nor the quantitative analysis of coagulation factor levels based on antigen properties.
