GB/T 10183.1-2018 Cranes—Tolerances for wheels and travel and traversing tracks—Part 1:General
Abstract
This part of GB/T 10183 specifies the tolerances for cranes and their tracks as defined in ISO 43061 during installation and operation. The purpose of these requirements is to eliminate overloads caused by normal dimensional or geometric deviations of the structure, thereby enhancing the operational safety of cranes and ensuring that all components reach their expected lifespan. The tolerances specified in this part are all limit values. This part does not apply to elastic deformation caused by load effects. To meet the predetermined performance requirements, other design criteria must be considered during the design phase to account for these elastic deformations. Specific tolerance values for particular types of cranes are specified in other parts of GB/T 10183.
