Abstract
The primary purpose of this part of GB/T 18391 is to specify the structure of the metadata registration system (see 1.1), and at the same time, to stipulate the basic attributes required to describe metadata items, which can be used in situations where the complete metadata registration system is not applicable (for example, in other standard specifications) (see 1.2).
1.3 Identifies aspects that are not currently addressed.
1.4 Provides examples of activities to which this part can be applied.
