Abstract
This document specifies the requirements, basic conditions, methods, and criteria for the safety and stability calculation of power systems, as well as measures to improve stability and the management of safety and stability calculation analysis. This document is applicable to the safety and stability calculation analysis work in the planning, design, construction, production operation, scientific testing, and equipment manufacturing of power systems with voltages of 220 kV and above. The safety and stability calculation work of power systems with voltages below 220 kV can be implemented with reference to this document.
