Abstract
This standard specifies the dimensions, tolerances, surface roughness, technical requirements, and hygiene requirements for stainless steel elbows and tees used in the food industry. The elbows and tees specified in this standard are suitable for welding to the ends of stainless steel pipes specified in ISO 2037 "Stainless Steel Pipes for the Food Industry", or for use with flange-type or welded joints.
