Abstract
This part of GB/T 32918 specifies the public key encryption algorithm of the SM2 elliptic curve public key cryptography algorithm, and provides examples of message encryption and decryption and the corresponding process.
This part is applicable to message encryption and decryption in commercial cryptographic applications. The message sender can encrypt the message using the recipient's public key, and the recipient can decrypt it using the corresponding private key to retrieve the message.
