Abstract
This document specifies the general requirements for fixed metal inclined ladders (referred to as "inclined ladders"), the structural requirements of inclined ladders, and the requirements for platform and doors between ladders, as well as user manuals and warning information.
This document applies to the design, manufacture, and installation of fixed metal inclined ladders used in workplaces of industrial enterprises.
This document does not apply to fixed metal inclined ladders installed in nuclear facilities, ships, lifting machinery, and transmission towers.
