Abstract
This document specifies the classification marking, technical requirements, and identification of safety nets, as well as the information that manufacturers should provide, and describes the corresponding testing methods.
This document is applicable to industries such as construction, water conservancy, highways, power, shipbuilding, chemical industry, mining, ports, and amusement parks. It is used to prevent people or objects from falling, restrict the movement of people, and block particulate matter and visibility during construction and the operation of equipment and facilities.
This document is not applicable to safety nets used in emergency rescue and firefighting operations.
