GB/T 18779.1-2022 Geometrical product specifications (GPS)—Inspection by measurement of workpieces and measuring equipment—Part 1:Decision rules for verifying conformity or nonconformity with specifications
Abstract
This document specifies the maximum allowable errors for tolerances based on the characteristics of a given workpiece (or the characteristics of a batch of workpieces) or the measurement characteristics of measurement equipment, including the measurement uncertainty to be considered when the measured value is close to the specification limits, and the determination rules for judging whether the characteristics of the workpiece or measurement equipment are qualified or not. This document applies to the specifications defined in the GPS general standard (see ISO 14638), including: -- Workpiece specifications and their batch specifications (usually given in the form of upper specification limits, lower specification limits, or upper and lower specification limits); -- Measurement equipment specifications (usually given in the form of maximum allowable errors). This document only applies to characteristics and maximum allowable errors expressed in the form of quantitative values.
