Abstract
This standard specifies the determination method of tetrodotoxin (TTX) in aquatic products.
The first method of this standard is applicable to the determination of TTX in the muscle, liver, skin, and gonad tissues of puffer fish. The second method is applicable to the determination of TTX in the muscle, liver, skin, and gonad tissues of puffer fish. The third method is applicable to the determination of TTX in puffer fish, Nassarius reticulatus, shrimp, oysters, clams, and squid. The fourth method is applicable to the determination of TTX in the muscle, liver, skin, and gonad tissues of puffer fish.
