GB/T 11446.7-2013 Test method for trace anion in electronic grade water by ion chromatography
Abstract
This part of GB/T 11446 specifies the ion chromatography test methods for trace fluoride ions (F-), chloride ions (Cl-), nitrite ions (NO-2-), bromide ions (Br-), nitrate ions (NO-3-), phosphate ions (PO-4-), and sulfate ions (SO-2- ) in electronic-grade water.
This part is applicable to the determination of trace fluoride ions, chloride ions, nitrite ions, bromide ions, nitrate ions, phosphate ions, and sulfate ions in electronic-grade water. The detection limits are 0.7 μg/L, 0.8 μg/L, 1 μg/L, 1 μg/L, 1 μg/L, 1 μg/L, and 1 μg/L, respectively.
