Abstract
This document stipulates the technical requirements, statistical scope, calculation methods, and energy-saving system construction and management for the energy consumption (hereinafter referred to as "energy consumption") limits of plastic films per unit product. This document is applicable to the calculation and assessment of energy consumption per unit product of polyethylene (PE) films and biaxially oriented polypropylene (BOPP) films produced by first-stage processing enterprises, as well as the energy consumption control of new or modified and expanded projects.
