This standard specifies the content, monitoring methods, and qualified indicators for energy-saving monitoring of cooling tower circulating water systems under normal use. This standard applies to air-cooled cooling towers driven by electric motors, including cross-flow, counter-flow, and mixed-flow wet open cooling towers. It does not include energy consumption for water treatment.
