Abstract
This part specifies the safety requirements for electrical devices against voltage disturbances and electromagnetic disturbances caused by various reasons.
This part does not apply to shared power distribution systems or the generation and transmission of electricity in such systems (see the "Scope" section of GB/T 16895.1), even though such disturbances may be transmitted within or between electrical devices through the power supply system.
