Abstract
This document stipulates the basic requirements for the economic operation and management of food cold storage facilities primarily used for storage, including economic operation and management, evaluation indicators and methods, and energy efficiency testing methods for cold storage facilities.
This document is applicable to the economic operation and management of existing large and medium-sized food cold storage facilities primarily used for storage. The management of small cold storage facilities can be implemented with reference to this document. Newly built cold storage facilities should follow these requirements during the design process.
