Abstract
This standard specifies the basic requirements and methods for DC voltage measurement devices in high-voltage direct current (HVDC) transmission systems, including terminology and definitions, operating conditions, rated values and performance, design and structure, installation, and testing.
This standard applies to DC voltage measurement devices installed in DC busbars, midpoint busbars of double twelve-pulse converter valve groups, and neutral busbars of HVDC transmission systems with voltage levels of ±800 kV and below.
