GB 38450-2019 Minimum allowable values of energy efficiency and energy efficiency grades of LED flat panel luminaires
Abstract
This standard specifies the energy efficiency grade, energy efficiency limit values, and test methods for LED flat lamps used in general lighting.
This standard applies to LED flat lamps used in general lighting with an LED as the light source, a rated voltage of 220 V, and a frequency of 50 Hz, with a thickness not exceeding 85 mm. This includes the LED light source and its control devices, and the thickness of external control devices is not included in the thickness of the lamps.
This standard does not apply to LED flat lamps with energy-consuming non-lighting additional functions, LED flat lamps with dimming/color adjustment functions, and LED flat lamps with colored, patterned, or decorative elements on the continuous light-emitting surface.
