Abstract
This standard stipulates the basic requirements for ensuring the safe and stable operation of the power system, the safety and stability standards of the power system, the calculation and analysis of the safety and stability of the power system, and the management of the safety and stability of the power system.
This standard is applicable to power systems with a voltage level of 220 kV and above. Power systems below 220 kV (including distributed power sources) can be implemented in accordance with this standard.
