GB 30439.8-2014 Safety requirements for industrial automation products—Part 8:Safety requirements for electrical actuator
Abstract
This part of GB 30439 specifies the safety requirements for electric actuators against electric shock, mechanical hazards, the spread of flames from the equipment to the outside, excessive temperatures, the effects of fluids and fluid pressure, and explosions and internal explosions.
This part does not include the reliable function, performance, or other characteristics of electric actuators that are not related to safety, the effectiveness of transport packaging, electromagnetic compatibility (EMC) requirements, protective measures against explosive environments, installation, commissioning, and maintenance (repair), and the protection of installation, commissioning, and maintenance (repair) personnel.
This part applies to electric actuators.
