This standard specifies the testing items, testing conditions, testing devices, and testing steps for electrochemical energy storage converters. This standard applies to low-voltage three-phase energy storage converters that use electrochemical batteries as energy storage media, with a DC-side voltage not exceeding 1,000 V.
