Abstract
This part of GA/T 946 specifies the information collection items, positions, and requirements for motor vehicle registration services, and stipulates the endorsement items and requirements for motor vehicle driving licenses, motor vehicle inspection pass marks, temporary driving license plates, temporary entry motor vehicle license plates, and motor vehicle registration certificates.
This part is applicable to the collection and endorsement of motor vehicle registration information by the traffic management departments of public security organs.
