GB/T 3103.3-2020 Tolerances for fasteners—Plain washers
Abstract
This part of GB/T 3103 specifies the tolerances for flat washers used in combination with bolts, screws, studs, and nuts, with nominal diameters ranging from 1 mm to 150 mm and product grades of A, C, and F.
This part applies to non-combined and combined flat washers, standard and non-standard flat washers.
This part can be used for non-flat washers. However, it does not include all tolerances for non-flat washers.
This part does not apply to conical washers.
Flat washers of product grades F and A are used with bolts, screws, studs, and nuts of product grades A and B, while flat washers of product grade C are used with bolts, screws, studs, and nuts of product grade C.
Note: Product grades refer to the tolerance ranges corresponding to product type sizes (product grade F corresponds to fine tolerances, product grade A corresponds to precision tolerances, and product grade C corresponds to large tolerances).
Appendix A provides standard tolerances and limit deviations for shafts and holes, extracted from GB/T 1800.1 and GB/T 1800.2.
