Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, and test methods for the protection of front-row outer seat occupants in the event of a frontal collision of a vehicle.
This standard applies to M1-class automobiles and N1-class automobiles with a maximum design total mass of no more than 2,500 kg, as well as multi-purpose vehicles.
