Abstract
This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of single-beam UV-visible spectrophotometers.
This standard applies to single-beam UV-visible spectrophotometers (hereinafter referred to as "instruments") with a main spectral range of 200 nm to 900 nm and a continuous tunable wavelength. Dedicated spectrophotometers with a wavelength range similar to this can also be used for reference.
