Abstract
This document specifies the requirements for data acquisition, data processing, control and regulation, alarming, event sequence recording and accident recall, communication, data storage, human-computer interface, system timing, and system load rate of the electrochemical energy storage power station monitoring system (referred to as the "monitoring system"). It describes the corresponding test methods and stipulates the normal working conditions, system architecture, marking, packaging, transportation, and storage of the monitoring system. This document is applicable to the design, manufacture, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of electrochemical energy storage power station monitoring systems.
