Abstract
This part of GB/T 22805 specifies the method for determining the grease resistance of paper and paperboard. That is, it measures the time required for fatty materials (such as palm oil) to penetrate food packaging paper or paperboard, such as greaseproof paper and vegetable parchment.
This part is applicable to paper and paperboard with and without folds.
This part is also applicable to paper and paperboard that are internally or surface-sized, or resistant to grease through plastic extrusion coatings.
