YS/T 606-2006 Curable silver conductive paste
Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, storage, and order form (or contract) content for solidified silver conductive pastes.
This standard applies to low-temperature-curing silver conductive pastes, such as silver pastes for membrane switches, silver pastes for carbon film potentiometer terminals, and silver conductive adhesives (hereinafter referred to as silver pastes).
