Abstract
This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, and packaging, marking, transportation, storage, and contract content for high-purity germanium dioxide. This standard applies to high-purity germanium dioxide produced from high-purity germanium tetrachloride by hydrolysis, washing, and drying. The product is used for the production of reduced germanium, organic germanium, catalysts, germanium tetrachloride for optical fibers, bismuth germanate (BGO) crystals, and compound crystals, etc.
