GB/T 34871-2017 Inspection specification of protection relay in smart substation
Abstract
This standard specifies the conditions, items, methods, and determination methods for the inspection and testing of relay protection devices (hereinafter referred to as protection devices) and related equipment (analog input merging units, intelligent terminals) in smart substations that adopt analog quantity sampling, digital quantity direct sampling, and digital quantity network sampling methods, and trigger GOOSE tripping (including direct tripping and network tripping). This standard applies to the inspection and testing of protection devices and merging units, intelligent terminals in smart substations with voltage levels of 110 (66) kV and above. Devices with voltage levels below 110 (66) kV shall refer to this standard for implementation.
