GB/T 23257-2009 Polyethylene coating for buried steel pipeline
Abstract
This standard specifies the minimum technical requirements for extruded polyethylene anticorrosive coatings on buried steel pipes. This standard applies to the design, production, and construction acceptance of extruded polyethylene anticorrosive coatings on buried steel pipes. The extruded polyethylene anticorrosive coatings on crossing pipes can be implemented as a reference.
Extruded polyethylene anticorrosive coatings can be divided into two types: the normal type (N) with a maximum long-term working temperature of not more than 50℃, and the high-temperature type (H) with a maximum long-term working temperature of not more than 70℃.
