Abstract
This standard specifies the method for determining trace amounts of hydrogen, oxygen, methane, and carbon monoxide in inert gases using gas chromatography with a zirconium oxide detector.
This standard is applicable to the determination of trace amounts of hydrogen, oxygen, methane, and carbon monoxide in inert gases such as nitrogen, argon, helium, neon, krypton, and xenon. The measurement range is (0–20) × 10-6 (volume fraction).
