Abstract
This standard specifies the observation items, technical requirements, observation methods, reporting codes, and data processing for ship-based marine hydrometeorological auxiliary forecasting (hereinafter referred to as ship forecasting).
This standard applies to merchant ships, fishing vessels, and other ships engaged in maritime activities for marine hydrometeorological observation and data transmission.
