Abstract
This standard specifies the terms and definitions, requirements, and test methods for student seat systems (hereinafter referred to as "seats") and their vehicle fixtures on dedicated school buses.
This standard applies to student seats on dedicated school buses and the vehicle fixtures used to install these seats, as well as to the restraining partitions installed in front of the seats on dedicated school buses.
