Abstract
This standard specifies the standard frequency spectrum of Chinese Mandarin whispered speech. This standard is applicable to systems and electroacoustic devices that generate, transmit, receive, and process Chinese whispered speech signals. It can also be used as a design basis and a spectral shaping basis for simulated signal sources.
