Abstract
This standard specifies the general provisions for the testing of common test items of telecommunications power supply equipment (hereinafter referred to as the tested equipment): the instruments and equipment used for testing and their requirements, the test parts, the test conditions and methods, and the calculation methods. This standard applies to rectifiers for telecommunications, high-frequency switch combined power supplies, DC-DC conversion equipment, inverter equipment, power distribution equipment, AC voltage stabilizer power supply equipment, telecommunications uninterruptible power supplies (UPS), and chargers for mobile communication phones.
