This standard specifies the terms and definitions, classification and models, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, warnings, and instructions, as well as packaging, transportation, and storage for commercial gas-fired appliances (hereinafter referred to as "appliances"). This standard applies to appliances that use gas in accordance with GB/T 13611 as an energy source, with combustion air drawn from indoors and combustion products discharged directly or indirectly to the outdoors. These appliances include: a) Steam generators with a rated thermal load of no more than 80 kW, a steam pressure of no more than 80 kPa, and a designed normal water level water capacity of less than 30 L; b) Steamers with a rated thermal load of no more than 80 kW and a steam chamber steam pressure of no more than 500 Pa; c) Fryers with a rated thermal load of no more than 50 kW and a chamber pressure of no more than 80 kPa; d) Cooking stoves with a rated thermal load of no more than 50 kW; e) Large cooking stoves with a rated thermal load of no more than 80 kW and an effective diameter of the pot mouth of no less than 600 mm; f) Flat-top stoves such as fondue stoves with a rated thermal load of no more than 10 kW and dumpling stoves with a rated thermal load of no more than 50 kW; g) Constant-pressure fixed boilers with a rated thermal load of no more than 100 kW; h) Rice cookers with a stewing capacity of no less than 6 L; i) Dishwashers with a rated thermal load of no more than 50 kW; j) Stir-fry stoves with a rated thermal load of no more than 60 kW; k) Barbecue stoves with a rated thermal load of no more than 50 kW; l) Hot plate stoves with a rated thermal load of no more than 35 kW; m) Combinations of the above products.
