This document specifies the terms and definitions, symbols, types and parameters, technical requirements, test methods, and qualification indicators of seamless aluminum alloy gas cylinders (hereinafter referred to as "aluminum cylinders"), as well as requirements for inspection rules, marking, coating, packaging, transportation, storage, and product quality certificates and batch inspection quality certificates. This document applies to the design and manufacture of rechargeable aluminum cylinders with a nominal working pressure not exceeding 30 MPa and a nominal volume not exceeding 150 L, used for storing compressed gases or liquefied gases in environments with temperatures ranging from -40°C to 60°C. This document does not apply to bottle-type pressure vessels attached to transportation vehicles and machinery equipment.
